CBS projects four-team College Football Playoff

The fine folks at CBS have released their latest bowl projections which includes a look at the four-teams believed to be in the driver’s seat for the second annual College Football Playoff.

Jerry Palm released his projections on Monday which include the following semifinal matchups: Ohio State vs. Clemson in the Orange Bowl and TCU vs. Alabama in the Cotton Bowl.

There was no projected national championship game.

In other New Year’s Six Bowl Games, Palm projects Baylor vs. LSU in the Sugar Bowl, Michigan vs. Stanford in the Rose Bowl, Utah vs. Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl and a Peach Bowl matchup between Georgia and Florida State.

It will be interesting to see how the matchups look when the season comes to an end.
