Man shot by Cowboys fan, shooter encouraged to kill man by others

The Dallas Cowboys have had a rough start to the 2015 season. After losing starting quarterback Tony Romo to a broke collarbone in Week 2, the team has lost three straight games.

On Sunday, the Cowboys lost to the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots, 30-6. Following the game, one fan was pretty upset with the way things have gone and he took his frustrations out on another man that ended with him being shot.

According to USA TODAY’s For the Win, the fans got into a scuffle and one was shot. Officers around the area heard the shot and the victim was airlifted to a nearby hospital.

Luckily, the man lived through the shooting, but is in critical condition at the hospital.

Victim was flown to area hospital. He's alive, police said. Crime scene still taped off in Lot 10, near Collins Street.

The most sickening part of the whole ordeal was not that somebody was shot. It was the fact that other bystanders were doing something very scary surrounding the fight.

Per eye witness, suspect was egged on by a crowd of people to kill the victim. #shooting #attstadium

This seems to be a very dark situation in Arlington. I understand that you are frustrated with the way things have played out this year, but there is no reason to encourage somebody to kill another person.

Absolutely disgusting.
