Michigan now has 10-1 odds to win national championship

The Michigan Wolverines have certainly turned things around this season. They came out in the first game with a new quarterback and a new head coach and struggled against the Utah Utes.

The Wolverines have now won five straight games, including three shutouts in their last three games. This has been good enough to shoot them way up the boards for having the best odds to win the national championship this year.

Michigan is now 10-1 to win the national title, trailing only Ohio State, Baylor and LSU.

That is pretty good company to be with if you’re Jim Harbaugh’s club right now. The Wolverines are currently ranked twelfth in the AP polls and have a good chance to winning the Big Ten East division and get to the College Football Playoff in January.

The Wolverines still have two big rivalry games against the Michigan State Spartans this Saturday and then Ohio State on November 28. I’m sure if they pull off the win this weekend, the Wolverines will continue to climb the rankings.
