Kentucky releases ‘Who Wants To Be Next?’ team posters

It’s not often that freshmen are the face of a program in college basketball.

But, at a school like Kentucky, who had seven players enter the 2015 NBA Draft last spring, young stars are essential to the roster.

Head Coach John Calipari has six new faces this season who all will attempt to collectively replace a ton of talent lost from last year’s 38-1 Final Four squad and hopefully contribute to yet another NCAA Championship run for Big Blue Nation.

Most of the new Wildcats are featured on this year’s “Who Wants To Be Next” official 2015-16 team posters that came out Tuesday and will be released to the public later this week.

Looks like the UK athletic department picked the right slogan for this year’s team—a passing of the torch if you will.

Calipari’s new group is expected to be one of the top five teams in the country to begin the season next month, but these young guys have some big shoes to fill.

Kentucky hosts Big Blue Madness on Friday, live on the SEC Network, and the Wildcats begin the season on November 13 against Albany in Lexington at Rupp Arena.
