Jose Bautista and the Toronto Blue Jays were able to advance to the ALCS series of the MLB postseason by winning Game 5 against the Texas Rangers by a final score of 6-3. It was an entertaining game all the way through, but it also carried one exciting moment that showed some disrespect by Bautista towards the Rangers.
After knocking a three-run home run that sealed the game, Bautista threw the most disrespectful bat flip in what could be the history of the game.
Bat flips are one of the main celebrations in the game of baseball, but Bautista didn’t really “flip” the bat. He crushed the home run and then proceeded to watch the ball fly through the air and throw his bat to the side. It wasn’t terribly bad, but it wasn’t appreciated by the Rangers either.

Toronto will now get set to take on the Kansas City Royals or Houston Astros, who are playing Game 5 of their series this evening as well.
