Iowa RB Jordan Canzeri leaves game with injury

-

Iowa Hawkeyes star running back Jordan Canzeri suffered a left ankle injury in today’s game against Northwestern and was helped off the field by trainers.

Losing Canzeri in any capacity would be devastating to Iowa’s chances of a championship this season, as he is vital to the team’s rushing attack. In 2015, he has rushed for 697 yards and nine touchdowns and also has 16 receptions for 174 yards and one score.

Campus Sports will update Canzeri’s status once new information becomes available.
