Ohio State remains number one in AP poll

The Associated Press top 25 rankings have been released for Week 8 and once again the Ohio State Buckeyes are on top of the rankings. The top four is the same other than Utah and TCU switching spots at three and four respectively.

After their win over the Florida Gators, LSU jumped Clemson for the fifth spot in the country. The top six teams all received at least one first place vote, with Ohio State receiving 28 and Utah receiving 16.

Stanford sneaked into the top ten for the first time this year. Memphis made the biggest jump of the week, going from unranked to 18, while the team they beat, Ole Miss, fell from 13 to 24.

Memphis, Temple, and Pittsburgh were all new into the polls this week and all made appearances for the first time this year. You can check out the full poll below.
