Video: This high school QB threw a touchdown…to himself

|

Some high school football players make some incredible plays at various points throughout the season. We have seen players break tackles en route to a 95-yard kickoff return as well as a 63-yard field goal.

I don’t think I have seen a play more athletic than this one. MaxPreps shared a video of Eastside Catholic quarterback Zach Lewis throwing a pass that was batted back into his hands. He then broke tackles and got into the endzone from about ten yards out.

It was only a short run, but it was great awareness and athletic ability by this quarterback.

What an incredible play. The sophomore quarterback currently isn’t ranked nationally for the class of 2018, but I’m sure he will be garnering a whole bunch of attention after this awesome play.

Let’s hope ESPN picks up this video and it’s featured as Top Ten play.
