Jordan Howard questionable for Michigan State game

-

The Indiana Hoosiers lost running back Jordan Howard to an ankle injury in the first half of their 34-27 loss at Ohio State three weeks ago. It now seems he is getting ready for a return this week, but there are still questions about his health.

The Hoosiers, who have lost three straight games since starting 4-0, play the Michigan State Spartans in East Lansing this week. According to the Herald Times Online, Howard has been listed as questionable for Saturday’s big matchup.

Head coach Kevin Wilson said that Howard has not shown that he can go at full speed and make the correct cuts necessary in practice to be listed as a go again. It’s still on Tuesday, so Howard has a few more practices to get healthy and work back into the starting role before the game this weekend.
