Dalvin Cook to miss Syracuse game with ankle injury

Florida State running back Dalvin Cook is one of the best running backs in the country right now. The sophomore has 1,037 yards and eleven touchdowns on the season.

The Seminoles are trying to erase the embarrassing loss to Georgia Tech last week as they host the Syracuse Orange. According to College Spun, they will have to do so without their star runner.

Cook missed practice this week, but he has done so while nursing a hamstring injury. It is an ankle injury that will keep him out of the game this weekend.

The Seminoles will now rely on true freshman Jacques Patrick to carry the load this week. On the year, Patrick only has twelve yards on the ground this season.

This game will kick off at noon on Saturday and fans can see it on ABC.
