During Wednesday night’s fourth Republican Debate, there were some pretty ridiculous questions asked. I don’t believe that there was any other question as ridiculous as the one about fantasy football and Chris Christie was not happy about it either.
Once Jeb Bush got off his high horse bragging about how his team was 7-0, Christie got on the microphone and tore into the question. He was clearly miffed by the question and, honestly, with good reason.
This is the first time I have agreed with Christie on any subject.
Fantasy football has become a phenomenon this year, mainly due to whether daily fantasy leagues like FanDuel and DraftKings are actually gambling.
The topic still has no place at debate where we are getting a look at the person who will be running for President next year. I doubt Christie’s answer will win him the nomination, but he sure won a few more fans after the rant.
