5-star 2016 WR N’Keal Harry commits to Arizona State

N’Keal Harry is a five-star wide receiver in the 2016 college football recruiting class and as you can imagine has been receiving pressure from quite a few big schools trying to recruiting him.

He officially made his announcement that he will be playing his collegiate career with the Arizona State Sun Devils today.

Arizona State was able to beat out the Texas A&M Aggies to get him to commit this afternoon. Winning that battle is a huge step forward for the Sun Devils and Harry should make an immediate impact for them next season. He is a physical freak and has a chance to be an NFL talent if he works hard and allows the coaching staff to mold him.

At 6-foot-4 and 215 pounds, Harry is going to be a mismatch nearly each and every week. He has excellent speed and athleticism to go along with the size that he possesses.

Throughout his senior season at Chandler High School in Chandler, Arizona this season, Harry has been putting up very solid numbers. He has caught 44 passes for 784 yards and seven touchdowns in nine games. Harry is capable of doing more than that, but he can only do as much as the system allows him to.

Harry will be very entertaining to keep an eye on over the next few seasons as he continues to develop.

There are plenty of reasons for the Sun Devils and their fan base to begin getting excited about Harry. He may not end up becoming an NFL player, but simply having that potential makes him a polarizing athlete to watch.
