Zach Norvell is a four-star guard in the 2016 college basketball recruiting class who had quite a few big teams coming after him. He took to his personal Twitter account this morning and announced that he would be playing his collegiate basketball for the Gonzaga Bulldogs.

This is a big pickup for the Bulldogs and should give them a big piece for their program over the next two years. There is a chance that Norvell could develop faster and try to make a jump to the NBA after his freshman season. Gonzaga is a perfect fit for Norvell’s skill-set and will thrive with them.
At 6-foot-4, Norvell is a left-handed guard that is a deadeye shooter from behind the three-point arc.
In one game this past summer in Las Vegas, Norvell scored 53 points and knocked in 11 three-point shots. That shows how dangerous he is capable of being from behind the arc and he has the potential to become an even better all-around scorer.
Gonzaga is going to be a very intriguing team to watch over the next few seasons and should be right in the mix of things when it comes to the NCAA Tournament. Adding a piece like Norvell will help them stay relevant and could potentially give them a future star scorer.
