Alabama to host over 50 four-star or better recruits

When the lights are on at Bryant-Denny Stadium on a Friday night before a home game, it signifies that Alabama is hosting recruits. The lights will most definitely be on this Friday, as Alabama is hosting over 50 recruits, nine of which are five star prospects.

Here is the complete list of visiting recruits from Inside Bama Recruiting:

The game itself isn’t the only battle that will be going on Saturday night, according to alabama.247sportsonline.com there are five recruits that will be visiting Saturday who are deciding between LSU and Alabama:

-Rashard Lawrence, 5-star DT, Monroe (La.)

-Gregory Little, 5-star OT, Allen (Texas)

-Devin White, 4-star RB, Springhill (La.)

-Mykel Jones, 4-star WR, Patterson (La.)

-Dare Rosenthal, 4-star OT, Ferriday (La.)

Since Nick Saban joined Alabama, this particular recruiting battle has been pretty interesting to say the least. The most memorable decision was made famous by then No.1 safety prospect Landon Collins’ mother, April Justin. Justin was disgusted with her son’s decision to play at Alabama over his home state team, LSU and did not shy away from making this known—even on national television:

The stage is set for the biggest game of the season in the SEC West, complete with huge conference standings implications, this game is destined to be a thriller. The game will kick off at 8 P.M. E.T. and will be televised on CBS.
