Duke Johnson was kicked out of Miami football game

Duke Johnson is a former star running back for the Miami Hurricanes, but apparently he isn’t known well enough by his former school. According to reports, Johnson was kicked out of his former teams game this past week against the Virginia Cavaliers after security didn’t recognize him or his name.

That is a bizarre story to say the least, especially because they were unwilling to talk to the coaches as Johnson asked. It would have taken one minute at the most to ask a coach whether or not they knew who Johnson was. Instead, they asked him to leave the stadium and this story was created.

Johnson ended up carrying the football 526 times for 3,519 yards and 26 touchdowns throughout his three-year career with the Hurricanes. He played there last season, which makes this story even worse.

Despite being treated poorly by the school, Johnson has taken the high road and has asked his fans and the Miami fan base to do the same.

let's not make a big deal about it , don't believe it was the school just think it was a misunderstanding of the stadium staff that's all…

The way that he reacted with kindness to the school shows the kind of character that Johnson has. He did the right thing by taking the high road despite being wronged by his former team.
