Ohio State to start selling beer, wine at Schottenstein Center

Ohio State announced today that it will start selling beer and wine throughout its basketball/hockey arena, The Schottenstein Center, on Nov. 15 when the men’s basketball team plays Mount St. Mary’s.

Although the Schottenstien Center had been selling beer and wine ever since the arena opened, but they had only done so on the club level. This fall the university began a pilot program, selling alcohol on the suite level in addition to the club level.

Fans attending men’s hockey, men’s basketball and women’s basketball will now be able to enjoy beer or wine while watching the game.
