Syracuse wearing ‘Dress Blues’ to honor veterans Saturday

Today is Veterans Day and many college football teams across the country will be honoring the veterans of the United States military by wearing special helmets, uniforms and decals this weekend.

The Syracuse Orange may be wearing some of the coolest uniforms of them all.

The team revealed their “Dress Blues” uniforms that they will wear this Saturday against the undefeated Clemson Tigers. They are pretty impressive.

The Orange has always had a good connection with the military. Every year, they spend a week at Fort Drum as part of their summer camp as well as representing the base by running out with a Fort Drum flag at every home game.

The game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
