Texas coach goes on rant about alternate uniforms

If there is one team that likes to stick with tradition, it is certainly the Texas Longhorns. The team is not one to stray away from their roots when it comes to their uniforms.

This weekend, the team will be honoring Freddie Steinmark by wearing 1969 throwback uniforms. The uniforms slightly stray away from their traditional burnt orange jerseys and white helmets.

Defensive coordinator Vance Bedford was asked about some of the crazy uniforms that teams have nowadays. He wasn’t too happy about the alternates that some teams go with.

Let’s just say Bedford won’t be going to get a job with Oregon anytime soon.
