UNC receives commitment from viral video star Seventh Woods

The North Carolina Tar Heels enter this season as the No. 1 ranked team in the nation and now the fan base has another reason to be excited about what is to come from the program.

On Wednesday morning, college basketball’s national signing day, Seventh Woods committed to the program as part of the Class of 2016.

Woods is the No. 35 player in the nation and a guy that basketball fans will likely be familiar with because he has been a viral video sensation for years.

The 6-foot combo-guard joins center Tony Bradley and shooting guard Brandon Robinson as the third commit in North Carolina’s 2016 Class. As a well-rounded player, Woods can be an impressive contributor right out of the gates.
