J.T. Barrett arrest video: ‘I’m the QB of Ohio State’

Thanks to our friends at TMZ Sports, the arrest video from Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett’s DWI stop may now be viewed in the near future. Per the report, Barrett played the “do you know who I am?” card with the arresting officer, only to be handcuffed and placed in the back seat of the police car.

“I’m the quarterback of Ohio State, officer. There’s nothing you can do?” Barrett can be heard saying on the dashcam video.

When the officer only promises not to take Barrett to jail, all that the quarterback can do is curse to himself.

It just goes to show you, ladies and gentlemen. When you mess up and find yourself in hot water with the law, they aren’t going to give a rat’s behind who you are. Just ask Reese Witherspoon.

In the end, Barrett ended up pleading guilty and had his license suspended for six months. Here’s hoping that this is the last time he ends up on TMZ!
