TCU WR Josh Doctson, ‘fine and ready to play’

After initially reports indicated he would be our for the remainder of the season, TCU wide receiver Josh Doctson has been practicing and is cleared to return to the field for TCU’s upcoming game against Kansas.

Head coach Gary Patterson said on Thursday, “He’s fine and is ready to play, he’s practiced the last two days.”

The 6-foot-3, 195-pound Doctson — who hurt his left wrist and hand last week — is having a record breaking  season for TCU. He has 78 catches for 1,315 yards and 14 TDs — all school records.

TCU takes on Kansas Saturday at noon ET.
