The drama surrounding Dallas Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy continued today as he and a teammate had to be separated during an altercation prior to today’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Per multiple sources, Hardy and fellow defensive end Demarcus Lawrence got into a shouting match and had to be separated on the sideline after going “nose to nose.”
The saddest part of all this is that owner Jerry Jones and head coach Jason Garrett will continue to make excuses for Hardy, who spent the first half of the season on suspension after a domestic violence conviction, appeal and subsequent settlement last year. This man is a known head case and locker room cancer who is talented, but cannot be good for long-term team chemistry.
Campus Sports will further update the Cowboys-Hardy soap opera as the story continues.
