Todd Gurley hurdles Bears’ defender after catch, scores soon after

Todd Gurley is without question the best running back in the NFL this season and he is doing it as a rookie for the St. Louis Rams. He is continuing his impressive play this afternoon against the Chicago Bears.

After catching a pass from quarterback Nick Foles, Gurley rumbled 31 yards that included a hurdle of a Bears’ defender.

There is no question that Gurley can be listed as a superstar even though he is a rookie. He combines top-notch speed and acceleration to go along with an intimidating physical presence that many defenders would be scared to take on by themselves. St. Louis made the right decision by taking him with the No. 10 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, even with the ACL tear that he was coming back from.

Check out the video of Gurley jumping over the Bears’ defender for yourself and enjoy watching the best running back in the league at work.
