John Cena to host new reality competition show

Back in October, there were rumors that WWE superstar John Cena would be taking some time off, but no reason was given for the hiatus. He dropped his United States Championship to Alberto Del Rio at Hell in a Cell and has yet to appear on WWE television since.

On Wednesday, Cena took to Twitter and announced something that gives fans a good reason why he took this time off. He will be hosting a reality television competition show that starts filming very soon.

This seems like a perfect fit for Cena. He talks very well on the mic and has a ton of charisma, plus his military experience will certainly give him some credibility in hosting this show.

For any professional wrestling fan, this show seems like one that should be very interesting. I wouldn’t be surprised if this starts getting some plugs on WWE television over the next few weeks.
