ESPN’s Jay Williams calls out Grayson Allen for flopping

In Tuesday night’s loss to Kentucky, Duke’s Grayson Allen did not play well at all. He was 2 for 11 shooting and only managed six points on the night as the Blue Devils fell 74-63.

He was getting defended hard pretty much all night as he tried to drive the lane and it seemed like he tried to draw a foul at one point. The ESPN cameras caught and basketball commentator Jay Williams called Allen on trying to flop.

Williams said that he just needs to focus on being stronger with the ball and stop worrying about trying to get a call. One person asked him about it on Twitter and he said that Allen will get better.

Allen is just a sophomore and has already showed a ton of promise. He is certainly going to be one of the biggest pieces for the Blue Devils this year.
