Video: Iowa’s Kinnick Stadium is covered in snow

Just when the Iowa Hawkeyes thought that playing the lowly Purdue Boilermakers at home in Kinnick Stadium was going to be a walk in the park, Mother Nature had other ideas.

Winter Storm Bella rolled through Iowa City last night and as a result, the stadium has turned into an early-Winter Wonderland. Of course, a picture of the snow-covered stadium was posted to Twitter by ESPN’s Brett McMurphy.

Despite the new circumstances, Iowa are still favored by 21.5 points. But snow has proven to be an equalizer in the past, even if the field has been plowed. Be sure to tune to ESPN 2 at 12 p.m. ET for the Hawkeyes’ make-or-break game!
