It’s no secret that Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is a huge nerd when it comes to the world of electronic sports, more affectionately known as eSports. He takes his online gaming very seriously and he showed that on Saturday when he was in attendance at the Intel Extreme Masters.
He was speaking with Kristine Leahy, co-host of Fox Sports’ The Herd with Colin Cowherd, at the event when he took a shot at the host.
Cowherd has no qualms about taking shots at the eSports community as he has criticized professional play multiple times in the past.
While Cuban was playing a friendly matchup with Brian Krzanich in a League of Legends match, he dropped an F-bomb, which is a big no-no in the world of eSports due to their nature of trying to keep things family-friendly.
He was fined $15,000 for his vulgarity.
Once he learned that the money would be going to a good cause — a charity called Cybersmile — he made a splash once again. The following clip may be considered offensive to some.
Yeah, Cuban does not give a damn at all. He may not have won the game, but Cuban certainly won the hearts of plenty more fans at the event.
