Two Houston players leave program

-

Houston took its first loss of the season last weekend, and now it seems it will lose two players as well. While prepping for this Saturday’s matchup against Navy, it was reported that freshman wide receiver Tyriek Gray and offensive lineman James Works are leaving the program.

Thus far, no reasons for their departure have been given.

Neither player has been featured much for the Cougars this year, with Gray playing in just one game and Works not appearing at all. Neither player appeared on the depth chart for last week’s game against UConn.
