Draymond Green surprises Michigan State in film room

The Michigan State Spartans men’s basketball team is preparing to take on the Boston College Eagles in their opening game of The Wooden Legacy tournament in California on Thanksgiving Day.

Prior to the game, the Spartans held a film room session to make sure they were fully prepared for the contest.

What happened next was a pleasant surprise for the team that had to provide some extra motivation.

While the team was studying film on Wednesday night, former Michigan State star and current Golden State Warriors standout Draymond Green dropped by to meet with the team and head coach Tom Izzo.

Seeing a NBA champion before kicking off a tournament had to be a great surprise for the team.
