On Thanksgiving night, the Green Bay Packers took the time to honor a member of the team’s rich history, Brett Favre.
Despite finishing out his career with the New York Jets and Minnesota Vikings which left some fractured relationships between Favre and the front officice, the team and Favre were able to put their differences aside years later in order to hold a special ceremony.
With another Packers legend, Bart Starr, in attendance, Favre was given the keys to the city and then had his No. 4 jersey raised into the rafters.
Favre became the fifth player in team history to have his number retired joining Tony Canadeo (3), Don Hutson (14), Bart Starr (15), Ray Nitschke (66) and Reggie White (92).
If you missed Favre joining the Packers circle of honor and being honored on Thursday night, you can relive the moment below.
