LSU, Michigan could face off in the Citrus Bowl

As the bowl season begins to heat up in college football, there are many intriguing matchups that could end up happening. According to a report from Andrew Alexander, there is a strong possibility that Les Miles and the LSU Tigers will go up against Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines in the Citrus Bowl.

Talked to Citrus Bowl official tonight. Strong possibility we see a Michigan vs. LSU matchup. UM vs. Miles, now wouldn't that be juicy? #LSU

Seeing these two teams go at each other to finish the season would make for a very entertaining game. Miles has been rumored as a potential candidate to be let go from his head coaching job at LSU, but there seems to be a good chance that he will end up sticking around. What better way to finish out a tough season than by beating your Alma Mater?

Harbaugh has completely turned the Wolverines’ football program around in just one season. It has been a long time since they were viewed as a contender in the nation, but that is exactly what they were this season.

There are going to be many bowl games worth watching this year, but this game would be one of the top games on the schedule.
