Fourth down trick plays are never a good idea, especially in the first quarter, and the Pittsburgh Steelers learned that the hard way. Rather than punt, backup quarterback Landry Jones fielded the snap and threw the ball to his left in the direction of tackle Alejandro Villanueva, only to be picked off by Seahawks corner Jeremy Lane, fresh off the PUP list.

The ensuing Seahawks drive led to a 16-yard touchdown pass to Doug Baldwin, but Pittsburgh answered back with a touchdown of their own and now lead 10-7. Either way, their trickeration is probably done.
