No. 10: Devin Booker, SG, Phoenix Suns
On paper, Booker’s numbers are unimpressive. Entering Wednesday, he posted just 4.6 points per game.
But the former Kentucky shooter broke out against the Detroit Pistons, scoring a career-high 18 points. Just whether that will be the start of his getting a bigger role in a crowded Phoenix offense remains to be seen, but his shot selection is smart and Booker’s basketball IQ is definitely higher than that of the average 19-year-old.
