Bill Snyder sends letter to Kansas QB Ryan Willis after loss

Kansas State head coach Bill Snyder has been known for sending hand-written letters out this year. Earlier this year, he wrote an open letter apologizing to Wildcat fans after a 55-0 loss and then to TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin after his performance against them.

The team defeated the Kansas Jayhawks last weekend and 45-14. Snyder also sent a letter to Kansas quarterback Ryan Willis telling him that he is doing a great job leading the team and he believes that Willis will be a great quarterback for years to come.

Snyder actually recruited Willis out of high school, so these two are very familiar with each other. Snyder has been around for nearly three decades, so he knows that sometimes football is about more than just the game.
