Cincinnati accept invitation to Hawaii Bowl

|

Tommy Tuberville has done a fantastic job with the Cincinnati Bearcats since arriving in 2013. He led the team to two straight nine-win seasons and a share of the AAC Championship last year.

The team finished the season 7-5 this year and they will be going bowling again.

According to ESPN’s Brett McMurphy, the Bearcats accepted an invitation to the Hawaii Bowl and will certainly have a warm Christmas this year.

Last year’s game was pretty boring with Rice manhandling Fresno State 30-6. Right now, the Bearcats have to wait to see who they will be playing, but with Gunner Kiel back and healthy behind center, it should be an entertaining game to watch on Christmas Eve.
