Florida Gators defensive back Vernon Hargreaves III is likely headed to the NFL Draft following his team’s loss to Alabama in today’s SEC Championship Game. Multiple sources, including Matt Baker of The Tampa Bay Times and Edgar Thompson of The Orlando Sentinel, reported the development on Twitter.

VH3 just said that he's declaring for the NFL draft, as expected. "I think about it a lot."

Easily one of the best corners in college football, Hargreaves could very well be a Top 10 pick if he does enter the draft, if not Top 5. He has accumulated 114 tackles and an eye-popping 10 interceptions in three years with the Gators and has already drawn comparisons to both Richard Sherman and Darrelle Revis.
If he is draft bound, he will be one of the more highly-sought players in the class.
