Watch this HS junior rise up and posterize another

Dunks in professional basketball are pretty routine plays. In college, they get a good pop from the crowd, but again you expect those kinds of plays to happen.

In high school basketball, however, the most exciting thing to see is a player rock the rim and get the crowd going. One high school player from south Georgia did just that.

Perrell Brisbane, a junior forward at Long County High School in Ludowici, Georgia, made an athletic play to catch a bullet pass. He then made an even more athletic play and put his opponent from Groves High School in Savannah, Georgia on a poster.

His head coach, Deshon Brock, who shared the video, talked about how Brisbane doesn’t just make athletic plays. He also does a good job defending the ball as well.

“(Brisbane) is easily the best on-ball defender we have right now,” Brock said via text message.

Brisbane avergaes 14 points and seven rebounds per game through the early part of the season. He hasn’t yet got a ton of attention from colleges yet, but if he keeps making plays like this, there is no doubt that he will doing so soon.
