DE Chidi Okonya decommits from Tennessee

The day of decommitments continues with another SEC blue-chip recruit announcing his return to the recruitment market. Chidi Okonya, a four-star defensive end from Georgia, has announced that he is withdrawing his commitment from the University of Tennessee.

The announcement came late on Sunday night via Twitter, like most of these announcements come in. Check it out below.

Okonya, according to College Spun, has offers from some major programs including Clemson, Georgia, Florida, LSU and Notre Dame, among others. With him back on the market, it’s safe to say these schools will up their push to bring in the strong lineman.
