Alabama places ten players on Coaches All-SEC teams

It’s the end of the college football season and end-of-the-year awards are being handed out. On top of those awards, All-Conference teams are beginning to be named and the SEC was the most recent to reveal their first and second teams.

On this year’s list, 13 of the 14 schools in the conference were represented with at least one player, excluding Kentucky. The Alabama Crimson Tide placed the most on the two lists with ten players, which isn’t surprising with them being SEC Champions and playing for a spot in the national championship in three weeks.

Running backs Derrick Henry and Leonard Fournette spearheaded the offense while Myles Garrett and Kentrell Brothers were among the biggest names on the defense.
