Corey Coleman is going to be one of the more intriguing names to keep an eye on in the early stages of the 2016 NFL Draft. He is coming off of a monster season with the Baylor Bears, but some teams view him as a product of the offensive system that head coach Art Briles runs.
Throughout the 2015 season, Coleman hauled in 74 passes for 1,363 yards and 20 touchdowns.
Those numbers were instrumental in Baylor’s season and kept Coleman in the Heisman rankings for the majority of the season. He came up short of making the list of finalists, but it shows just how big of a season he had.
Coleman still has a lot of talent left to unlock which will make some teams with needs a the wide receiver position jump all over him.
He is just 5-foot-11, but has afterburners that can take him past any defensive back with ease.
All of that being said, let’s take a look at which five NFL teams should consider taking him in the 2016 NFL Draft.
