Michigan interested in touted FCS transfer QB Dakota Prukop

Jake Rudock was a transfer senior that ended up leading the Wolverines to a 9-3 record and a date with Florida in the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl Jan. 1. Turns out Jim Harbaugh’s program might have their eyes on another transfer quarterback: FCS phenom Dakota Prukop.

Prukop, a Montana State redshirt junior, is believed by many to be another Vernon Adams. According to FOX Sports’s Bruce Feldman, he is visiting Oregon today, as the Ducks are thought to be his no.1 choice. Still, it seems he has Harbaugh’s interest.

Prukop had a very impressive year for Montana State, throwing for 3,025 yards, 28 touchdowns and 11 interceptions, while running for 797 yards and 11 touchdowns.
