Austin Appleby started the 2015 season as Purdue’s starting quarterback. Next season, however, he may be under center for another program.
According to the Indianapolis Star, Appleby has been given permission by head coach Darrell Hazell to pursue other options for next season. As fate would have it, Appleby is graduating this month and therefore is able to transfer and immediately play in 2016.
