Video: USC OT Zach Banner to return for senior season

The USC Trojans had a pretty successful 2015 season despite the adversity the team faced midyear. The team won the PAC-12 South division and went to the conference championship game for the first time in school history, falling just short of the title to Stanford.

The team may be losing quarterback Cody Kessler to graduation, but whoever his replacement is can rest assured that he will have a great line up front blocking for him. One of the key pieces to the offensive line will return for next year as Zach Banner announced his intentions to stay for his senior season.

Banner has been the starting right tackle for the Trojans since his sophomore year and will likely continue to hold that position for the 2016 season.

This is obviously good news for Clay Helton’s club, but even bigger news for NFL scouts as they get to watch Banner grow for one more season.
