Derrick Henry won the 2015 Heisman Trophy after coming through with a huge season for the Alabama Crimson Tide. He is one of the most dominant and physically intimidating running backs that college football has seen in quite some time, but there are still some major concerns about his game.
Alabama ran their entire offense through Henry this season, which showed in his statistics.
Henry carried the football 339 times for 1,986 yards and 23 touchdowns. He ended up averaging 5.9 yards per carry throughout the course of the season. Those numbers were deserving of the Heisman and make him appear to be one of the top running back prospects in the nation.
That being said, there are those out there that believe he will end up being a bust at the next level.
Let’s go ahead and take a look at what five reasons support the statement that Henry will end up being a draft bust.
