Michigan commit confident RB Kareem Walker will commit

Kareem Walker is set to announce his decision on where he will play college football on Dec. 17. It is a decision that has been long awaited by a few different teams, but the Michigan Wolverines have been expected to be the decision over the past month.

One Michigan commit is very confident that Walker will end up joining the Wolverines.

2016 four-star wide receiver Ahmir Mitchell took to Twitter to express his confidence that Walker will join him at Michigan.

Jim Harbaugh would be ecstatic to bring a piece like Walker into the fold. He is one of the best running backs in the nation and would be an immediate upgrade over what the Wolverines had this past season.

Not only would Walker be a big pickup for the Wolverines, he would have also de-committed from the Ohio State Buckeyes to join the Wolverines.

Michigan would be a perfect landing spot for Walker and he would help them continue forward on the path that they are currently on. They were a contender in the Big Ten this season and are going to be a contender next season as well.

Harbaugh has them playing a fundamental brand of football, which has been missing for quite some time. Walker would keep the program on the right track.
