By continuing to get back into the playoff race, the Texans have likely missed out getting one of the top three quarterbacks. However, with how Brian Hoyer has played lately, Bill O’Brien may not want a new quarterback.
That being said, it doesn’t mean they won’t get a great player.
Arian Foster is a walking body cast, so by drafting an elite rusher in Elliott could help open up even more options for DeAndre Hopkins.
