Near the end of the 2014 college football season, Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones could consider himself the king of the jungle in the college football world. He was on top of the world after leading the Buckeyes to a national championship as a third-string quarterback.
This year, however, he lost his starting job to J.T. Barrett later on in the season. He has been splitting time with him, but hasn’t had near the impact on the team he did last year.
Despite that, he still feels like he is one of the best quarterbacks available in next April’s draft. He wanted to prove that by getting a new tattoo showing off his “king of the jungle” attitude.
That is certainly a way to show your assertiveness. Jones hopes to be one of the best quarterbacks taken in next year’s draft and he certainly wants to look the part.
