Rosen is more than deserving of the honor, having put UCLA on his back en route to an 8-4 finish and throwing for 3,351 yards and a touchdown-interception ratio of 20-9.

Rosen only completed 59.5 percent of his passes and UCLA had its worst finish under coach Jim Mora with him under center, but he’s still young and that will improve with time. Long story short, college football fans, expect to see a lot more of Rosen in the future and for him to only take the Bruins forward for the remainder of his college career.
