Photo: Grandson buries grandma in Kentucky casket to keep promise

Your sports fandom is something you take with you to the grave, and for one Kentucky Wildcats fan that was taken quite literally.

90-year-old Geraldean Ramey was a die-hard fan of Kentucky hoops. So, when she passed away last week, it was up to her grandson and guardian, Andrew Criswell, to keep a promise.

He did just that.

As Ramey was laid to rest, she was put to rest inside of a Kentucky Wildcats casket. Criswell explained further on his Facebook page.

It is great that Criswell kept his promise to his grandmother and even better to see that Ramey will be forever connected to her favorite college team.
