Video: One-handed walk-on scores first basket for Florida

|

Zach Hodskins is a great inspiration. The Florida Gators sophomore walk-on scored the first points of his college career on Tuesday night as the Gators secured an 89–65 win over Jacksonville.

For those who are unaware of Hodskin’s story, he was born without the lower part of his left arm.

Hodskin has only played in seven minutes this season and is 1-of-4 shooting, but on this play he was able to get the entire crowd on their feet late in the game.

Hodskin juked out Jacksonville forward Darius Dawkins, on his way to a slick right-handed layup as he drew the foul.
